Comments

When you post comments on the site we collect the details contained in the post, and also the person’s IP address and web browser user agent to assist with spam detection.

An anonymised string formulated based on your email address (also referred to as a hash) may be given to external services to find out if you are using them. Soon after approval of your post, your profile picture is visible to the public with your post.

Images

Whenever you upload graphics to the site, avoid uploading graphics with embedded location details (EXIF, GPS) included. Website guests are able to download and extract any embedded details from graphics on the site.

If you post a comment on the site you may opt in to saving your name, e-mail address and website in cookies. These are conducive to your ease of use so that you don’t need to write your details again when you post an additional comment. These cookies will last for one year.
